New Medical Visit: 30 min, ages 6+
Here at Glow Dermatology, we address a wide range of medical dermatologic conditions and take the time to explain your condition and plan to you in depth. Choose this visit if you have any of the following skin concerns: acne, breakouts, dark spots, rashes, eczema, dry skin, psoriasis, warts, excessive hair growth, dry itchy scalp (without hair loss). If you are in doubt about if your concern falls under this visit, give us a call or send us an email. Please note that any concern of hair loss or hair thinning should be scheduled as a New Hair Loss Visit.
New Full Skin Exam: 30 min, ages 6+
A Full Skin exam is a thorough examination of your skin from head to toe. This visit is meant to check all your moles to ensure that all pre-cancerous and cancerous lesions are detected and treated. This visit is highly recommended if you have a personal or family history of skin cancer, have fairer skin, easily sun burned, and/or have an extensive history of sun exposure. Freezing of pre-cancerous lesions and biopsies (if needed) are included in this visit.
New Hair Loss Visit: 60 min, ages 6+
Hair loss visits are longer and more complicated. Here at Glow, we first examine the scalp, take photos (to track progress), and go in depth with discussing your type of hair loss and the customized plan that we will build for you. In some cases, a biopsy will need to be performed. The cost of the which is included in your visit.
Established Medical Visit: 20 min, ages 6+
This visit is a follow up for medical skin concerns that have been previously addressed with Dr. Thomas in the last 2 years. If you have not seen Dr Thomas in the last 2 years, you will need to schedule a New Skin Visit, as your visit will require more time.
Established Full Skin Exam: 30 min, ages 6+
This visit for patients that have seen Dr Thomas in the last 2 years. If you have not seen Dr Thomas in the last 2 years, you will need to schedule a New Full Skin Exam. Reminder: This visit is meant to check all your moles to ensure that all pre-cancerous and cancerous lesions are detected and treated. This visit is highly recommended if you have a personal or family history of skin cancer, have fairer skin, easily sun burned, and/or have an extensive history of sun exposure. Established Hair Loss Visit: 30 min, ages 6+
This visit is for patients following up after having a new hair loss visit with Dr. Thomas in the last 2 years. If you have not seen Dr Thomas in the last 2 years, you will need to schedule a New Hair Loss Visit, as your visit will require more time.
Cosmetic Consultation: 60 min, ages 18+
Are you concerned about wrinkles or don’t want the troubles of aging to interfere with your glow? If so, this is the appointment for you. We can discuss cosmetic treatment options like Botox, filler, etc. to get you all the way glowed up! This visit requires a $200 deposit that will go towards the service(s) you choose.
Virtual Visit (For Established Patients Only): 20 min
This visit is for follow up of skin conditions that do not require a procedure (injections, biopsies, etc). This is only for established patients seen in the last 12 months.
Injection (Established Patients Only; No other concerns discussed): 20 min
This visit is for established patients that require an injection only. No other skin concerns discussed. If you would like to discuss any other issues outside of the reason for which you are getting an injection, please schedule a regular Established Skin Visit. Examples of reasons one may need an injection are as followed: injection of acne bump, scalp injections for previously discussed hair loss or dandruff, or hidradenitis suppurativa flare-ups.
